IMPORTANT: Proper installation requires careful cutting and trimming of the car’s shift plate and center console!
This is a black ABS plastic piece to replace the center console ash tray. Use existing torx head screws to attach. This piece includes two marine grade SPDT (on-off-on) LED illuminated rocker switches and matching color LED illuminated charge port.
AUTOMATIC transmission consoles only!
A wire “pigtail” with inline fuse and wire taps are included with the USB port. Customer supplies wiring and connections for the switches.
REQUIRES CAREFUL CUTTING and removal of the existing ashtray section of center console shifter plate. Recommended cutting tool is a Dremel rotary tool with a cut-off wheel at low speed. Re-use the four existing factory installed 3/4 inch long torx head bolts, from the ash tray console, to fasten/secure the bracket.
