This is a blank black plastic piece to replace the center console ash tray. Use existing torx head screws to attach. This blank may be drilled/cut to install switches, leds, etc. 

REQUIRES CAREFUL CUTTING and removal of the existing ashtray section of center console shifter plate.  Recommended cutting tool is a Dremel rotary tool with a cut-off wheel at low speed. Re-use the four existing factory installed 3/4 inch long torx head bolts, from the ash tray console, to fasten/secure the bracket.
