IMPORTANT: Proper installation requires careful cutting and trimming of the car’s shift plate and center console! 

FOR THIRD GEN CHEVROLET CAMARO AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONSOLES ONLY (1982-1992)

This is a blank black plastic piece to replace the center console ash tray. It has colored plastic inlay “IROC-Z” along the front with room for switch installation underneath. Use existing torx head screws to attach. This blank may be drilled/cut to install switches, leds, etc. Note that blanks that have been drilled or cut cannot be returned.

REQUIRES CAREFUL CUTTING and removal of the existing ashtray section of center console shifter plate.  Recommended cutting tool is a Dremel rotary tool with a cut-off wheel at low speed. Re-use the four existing factory installed 3/4 inch long torx head bolts, from the ash tray console, to fasten/secure the bracket.
